Cooking school – how to make Arepas

We booked into a cooking school at the Masaya Hostel run by Mario the night manager.  The lesson was making arepas.  Its a corn bread with a very simple recipe – corn flour, salt, water and oil.  We tried these at a restaurant in Brisbane and they were a bit nothing.  These were amazing and they are served as a side dish – Mario gave us some great serving ideas.  Jayenne and Stu got the opportunity to mix and i rolled them into balls and patted them flat.
