We have been stuck in the house lately as Stu has been trying to shake a virus. Today we decided to go for a bit of a road trip. We drove up to Redcliffe Markets and had a bite to eat – Eric had a wash at a hydrobath that was at the market. He was not a happy puppy but now he is clean (and Stu and I didn’t have to wash him).
After Redcliffe we drove across to Old Petrie Town a historic township that has a little market and often has street cars on show. We had a bit of a wander and then headed off to Dayboro. Unfortunately we forgot that eh Dayboro Market is only on on the first Sunday of each month so no markets but we had a little coffee before heading towards home.
I was surprised how few cars were out today – Samford a little township NW of Brisbane was really quiet normally you can’t get a car park. Dayboro was the same – plenty of parking and the cafes were empty. I guess our weekend COVID scare has kept people at home.
I practiced my photography – although I cheated and used the auto settings today.
