We started today with another walk through the rice paddies. This morning we were joined by Christopher and Stephanie. The weather has been absolutely spectacular other than a couple of late afternoon showers. We could see Mt Agung and Mt Batur very clearly this morning.
After breakfast Christopher, Stephanie, Stu and I caught a grab into Ubud. The highlight of the visit was that there was a troupe of monkeys on the roof of the cafe.
We had lunch at the lotus cafe which overlooks a pond and a temple. When we got there we thought how nice, a ceremony. It wasn’t a ceremony, you are able to pay to dress in royal attire and have photos taken in front of the temple sitting on thrones. Lots of people doing their eat, pray, love moment of hands together in front of the heart bowing like they were worshipping at the temple.
We spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing by the pool before wandering up to restaurant Mandi for dinner.
